Overall experience is good at company however it different from department to department. Diversity is a best here.

Dislikes

Bonus, perks , transport for employees needs improvement. Hr systems are still legacy one and full manual process.

I have learned a lot & am still learning so much while at my current job in JCI Pune. The management is supportive n great colleagues who support n always encourage to strive for aiming higher. All in all a great company if you hv a passion to learn .

Hmm . We need to standardize a few processes n have a resilience to take responsibility in time of emergencies
