Likes: - For honesy review connect with recruiters working in J2W through linkedin. Do not listen to Managers, ceo or leads.
-There are only 3 managers that are good out of 20-30 mangers. If you report to them then good, else I pray for you to get out safely.
- I must admit work ethics are on 100% mark.
Dislikes: - Horrible Culture.
- Leads there will shout recruiters salary openly on floor and ask to work. If that girls manager (DGM) reports to CEO to fight for victim, CEO will sack that person (DGM) and ask to leave. Because the lead is generating business.
