Work Culture is worst, the middle management is poor. The technical knowledge of reporting manager is outdated and it create a lot confusion. The managers are mostly look to high jack credits and visibility of team members. The technology on which work takes place is at least 10 years behind.

Have started hating this organisation now.. worst management with worst work ethics..!! I am a senior manager who’s been forced to do production alongside managing other managerial activities.. this was not expected from an organisation like JP.

Lately hate everything.. there’s no promotion.. there’s not even basic increments given.. just the brand name.. asset wealth management operations have become pathetic under the current leadership.. shame..!!

This is a division of JPMC previously known as Tavisca. Too much politics and Favouritism for previously hired folks. Managers like folks who licks their boot. No career growth. Managers Running companies like they own it. Very unhealthy environment. Leads will give negative feedback if their CTC is lower than others.

Appraisal & comp are not good. The managers are waste & they won’t even encourage to achieve the promotion though in promotion radar. Mobility is worst. They keep open positions and respective fill those positions with their known persons. Which I don’t like. So how come people get promotion and increase their comp. system is worst.
