Project bonus is good and hikes are ok.

Work life balance is not good, because of too much workload you won't be able to log off till midnight some time it can extend by 1.5 - 2 hrs after midnight, even you login early in morning, if you take leave you may feel like not to take leave because of too much workload

The senior management has a clear vision of employee welfare along with banking growth. The Firm revolves around it's culture, values, mission & vision. I am here today for all the opportunities JPMC & it's Management has offered to me.
