Associate and ED dominate junior level employees. In my team caste discrimination practice was been followed by the Associate. ED takes bad advantage of junior level employee by behaving with them like a boss.

Quality of work is below par for an MBA graduate - atleast at the Malad office in Mumbai. They hire MBAs for work that can be done by 12th pass folks.
