Work life balance is bad they will make you work for 12 hours. but no rewards for it. no extra C/off or payable for extra working hours. promotion are below avg. skill training or other Training will be provided after your working hours. you have to attend it otherwise bus will not going from plant. favourism is on it's peek.

Management only interested in quarterly and annual account data. Company is expanding but no hiring, excuses like no sitting space at corporate or hiring is stopped. Only people hired in project.
