Jubilant foodworks is one organization which has given me a lot of learnings in terms of hands on people management skills. It is one place where I made best of friends and have beautiful memories to cherries. In terms of compensations and benefits, this organization has best policies at place which lets employees seek peace while they give 100% at work however one place where there seems to be a glitch is the settlement of last dues once one leaves the organization. Also, the growth of support staff is pretty slow but the work they handle is as good as two designations above. This is the main reason for people to leave. If this is corrected at the management level then this is one place I would want to work for my life time. Positives will be the work culture and people oriented policies.

Dislikes

Your team changes approach once you resign...sad but true. Salary increment and appraisals seem to be designed in a way that the targets cant be achieved, at least for the support staff.

Work

Its a lot of work there because of the number of restaurants being very high however culture there makes work exciting and the people from operations are very welcoming and ensure to keep things going good for long.

The rules and regulations of jubilant food works ltd i.e dominos pizza, is soo good and employee will be benifitted with all these things like incentives, leaves and also there is a job security, salary will be paid on time.

Dislikes

They don't implement Rules and regulations as per policy. We have so many leaves but when the time comes the management doesnt approve for leaves. Growth is very slow , everytime tgey come up with new things which makes employee feel hectic because of frequent changes. Apart from that working hours will be more than 10 hrs and sometimes its like 14 hrs too depending upon the rush and the same is applicable for all the staff. Administration should take strict action and implement things like overtime payments and should grant leaves when necessary.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain

Jubilant foodworks is a well established company in QSR sector, initial salary to associate manager is good. shift timings are good but not the best. Growth totally depends on one's performance.

Dislikes

No work life balance, over crowded with unprofessional staff , 4 offs a month is totally old school, no meal is provided on duty.

Work

Work is pretty good if one is from hotel management background. But working for 10 hrs a day is not ok since you have only 4 offs a month, poor management.
