I was lucky to have a really good teammates and a good manager and have got support from hr and management whenever it was needed and learned a lot, got well appreciated for my work and for behaviour too

So, let me get this straight: working at this company is like attending a comedy show where the HR department puts on Oscar-worthy performances, leaving you torn between walking out and throwing a punch. And when it comes to raising concerns, you might as well be talking to a brick wall because HR couldn’t care less. Oh, and don’t even get me started on their policies - it’s like playing a game of “Stump the HR” where every answer is different! And WFH? Forget about it! You’ll be treated to a masterclass in ridiculous excuses for why you can’t work from home, even in emergencies. Need to stay home because your house is on fire? Tough luck, HR gets to decide what constitutes an emergency! And don’t even dream about a decent appraisal. It’s like they’re handing out negativity sandwiches with a side of disappointment, and if you’re really lucky, you’ll get a ticket to the PIP If you think you are going to have professional experienced managers then you are in for a world of disappointment, cause be prepared to be under a manger who has no idea what is going on and how to work or even manage a team for that matter. From my personal experience the manager I had, had no clue of how to manage a team, used to politics, he was literally a 2 face B. The higher ups also have a weird take on employees relationships that is be ready hear all kinds of love triangle stories that has happened or is going on. All in all you will be thoroughly entertained in this company but don't get you hope high if you are thinking you will learn or get good money and postion....Read More
