The company is open to create new things for guest and associates and adopts latest talent and technology. I love the fact that I was part of that team. That hotel market value is very high and talent like my previous emplyee I never seen anywhere and bosses are faboulus. I would like to be a part of that team ones again.
Compensation is decent, which I never seen in other Marriott property the work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client in the eveaning and sometimes late into the night.
Hard but there is work life balance only in jw Marriott Mussoorie as I seen during my last work experience
