Their HR department is very good, very smooth on boarding process ,So many benefits provided to employees, especially their transportation facility, work culture is good, one can learn and grow. Work pressure is not much. Five day working is also there. Colleagues are good, seniors are supportive.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
