HR Dept is full of politics. Partiality in increments. Sales & Marketing staff gets more increments as they are considered business teams. Rest hardworking departments get less increments. The people on the top are sitting there for years and are manipulative.

My work is very challenging. I am working at site and responsible for all finishes works. Have done so far JW Marriott, Sahar all public areas and flats & common area finishes work at high end residential work at worli. Got appreciation from owners.
