1. Duty timing is prolonged. 2. Lot of reviews everyday with different levels of management. Different requirements from different levels. 3. In some project Guest House condition & food quality is the worst I have ever seen in my career. 4. After merging with Kalpataru, staffs are facing a huge amount of pay cut every month as per Kalpataru's pay norms. We, joined in JMC, are getting less salary even after a good increment.
