The company where I Gave my 1.5 years of hard work. It has been one of the worst startup experience I have ever had. They have a internal policy called as "Hire and fire". They will hire employees when there is a need and as soon as their need is over they will fire you by giving some or the other shit excuses. They don't even have any proper testing tool not even the very basic - Jira. They have lot of internal politics as well. Their HR is like of the worst exists in this universe. (Both behavior and work wise). Not sure on what qualities and skillset they have hired her. They don't even bother to upskill their employees, rather they will prefer the Layoffs. Please stop playing with hard working employees career with your internal politics.....I was not the only one whom they have fired there were close to 8-9 employees to whom they have fired in the past 1 year or so. To be honest I would recommend each and every investor to be aware about this company. Think twice before investing....Read More

First of all, we had to let you go because of your poor performance and we had given you enough chances to improve (2 quarters is a lot of time). Secondly, if we really had hire and fire policy then you wouldn't be at Karkhana for 1.5 yrs and lastly, we do encourage our people to learn and grow their skills. There are actually no positives of working in this company.

Dislikes

This company is making fool of everyone. They hire interns for full time jobs. They don't hire from internshala in a fair way. They use insider referrences for recruitment. They make fools of every intern by promising them 2-3 working days a week but they actually make them work every day. Never pay their interns for their work.
