Dislikes
they believe in micromanagement. They fired me saying that i am expensive for the team. My salary is 21k per month. If company Dont have WORk or projects then they should be honest in admitting rather than telling about expenses. I wonder how managers and leaders draw salary

They are not increasing salary from external but they are using advanced bonus to increase the salary internal which is already mentioned in salary slip. Like if your salary is 10000+2000(advance bonus) total is 12000 then if they are increasing your salary then 10500+1500(advance bonus) total is 12000.

i have left this organisation and i had been working with karvy client (HDFC LTD, HDFC FUND, HDFC Sales) i was senior person over there, there was no support of manager and could not complain to HR about them and they had not taken care to their engineer and candidate made manager happy and we had to obey manager rules which are made unnecessary, they would harass to them due to their policy and they used to represent it this client policy which were not belonged to them. Manager promoted only that person who made them happy that's why i had decided to resign due to office dirty politics, partiality and favoritism, they were humiliated me in front of client on the top that i was not receiving desire salary....Read More
