I worked with the organization for almost 6 years. My manager always helped me in understanding the requirements, used to give us sample resumes whenever a new position open. He always worked with the team to build the pipeline, and helps to minimize the TAT with good resumes. In between, joined another organization due to salary hike, but, within 2 weeks when i didn't like the company's environment, my manager helped me to rejoin the organization. Also, I used to work from home, and when i requested my manager that i want to learn new things, immediately, he helped me to come to the office.
