Working at KayJay Global Solutions has been a rewarding journey so far. One of the things I genuinely appreciate is the exposure to International clients - you get to work with people from different culture, places and different languages, on projects that actually make an impact. There's never a dull moment; each project brings a new challenge, and that keep things fresh and exciting. The tech stack is modern, and there's a lot of trust given to engineers to take ownership. I've had a change to lead critical modules and contribute from day one, which has helped me grow both technically and personally. The team culture is collaborative, and down to earth. People are approachable, and help is just a message away, even from leadership. The flexibility at work gives you relaxed timings and not stringent on checking in and checking out which makes you feel connected....Read More

Like any growing company, there are areas that can improve. Some internal processes could be a bit more streamlines, and I'd live to see more defined paths for career growth and mentorship but those are things that are already starting to take shape

There is absolutely nothing to like about this company. The management is toxic and unwilling to hear any feedback or concerns. There are no promotions, no paid leaves, and the salary is extremely low. Job security is nonexistent. Overall, it’s a frustrating and unrewarding place to work.

The company lacks work-life balance, forcing employees to work long hours with no paid leave and minimal salary. There are no promotions or career growth opportunities, and job security is nonexistent as they can fire you at any time without notice. The work environment is toxic, where management refuses to listen to any concerns orfeedback against the company. Honestly, nothing positive to mention. The experience was extremely disappointing and mentally exhausting.

Extremely long working hours without any overtime compensation. Unrealistic timelines forced upon employees without considering feasibility or workload. Zero respect for work-life balance, and no concept of paid leave. Management does not value employee efforts, and your hard work is either ignored or credited to someone else.
