There is a lot of politics and salary decent but career growth is slow .
The job is quite interesting I struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

My name is john paul ,My employee code 659, ( Epitome Kia Service Bengaluru )After my resignation they didn't pay my balance salary and incentive, its almost 4 month is over they didn't pay any amount ,they are completely cheating all the employees ,everyday I was working 12 to 15 hours ,they are not giving overtime and any other benefits that's why I resigned form there.

Whatever company I like working there gives great value to other companies
What I don't like is that the company is a very great company but the management there are very worst people mainly Tamil management

Overall, I like the company.
I joined as a fresher in the company, I didn't get any training about how the plant is working. From the day 1, I was just taught about my job roles. I didn't get any knowledge about the other department workings. It took me more time to understand overall working structure. If I had the knowledge about the other department/ teams, I would have worked more efficiently.

I really enjoyed working with KIA but the management of our corporation doesn't capable of appreciate the hardworking employees, I will never recommend anyone to work in this perticular organisation.
Our Team leader never appreciated the hardworking employees, I was working for more than a year, he always remunerate the chamcha employees.
