There is nothing to like in this company. It is not even worth to call this a company. Please try for another company and do not join this company even if they are giving you higher salary. Trust me!!!

Dislikes

Toxic work culture. They will never follow job description they have given to candidates. Work responsibilities change everyday Candidates get blamed even if there is no fault of their own. They deduct salary without any proper reason Casual day leaves are promised from first month but are truly not give to some till after 3rd month No professionalism No will to improve & to support new ideas

Stuck with Low Salary!

Hi All, Need your suggestions / advice : I had joined an MNC 6 years back as Fresher with salary of 3.18 LPA. In last 6 years, got 2 promotions and currently working as Team Lead with 10LPA. I am not satisfied with salary and somehow feel it's not appreciating my efforts with such low salary. How to change mindset for switching jobs? Or what should be done?
