Message to Leadership - Your silence and resilience to forced terminations either says ur with it or you dont care.. Either ways, you never know when tables turn. Dislikes: 1. Likes: Work-life balance, senior management & their vision towards company's growth, salary credit on last working day of the month
Dislikes: Rest everything is pathetic, specially mid-senior level officials hired from technology service industry. These toxic hires destroy the work environment and team culture to the deepest core of it, and hence, no job security, no skill development, no appraisals or promotions.

Likes: I like their culture and the way they focus in building the awareness is truly remarkable.
Additionally, they also focus in building the employee knowledge by empowering them with a ‘bottom up’ approach.
Dislikes: Talking about ‘benefits’ it’s truly less if you compare with the size of the MNC. The management is also indifferent to introduce some lucrative benefits.
‘Work life balance’ is also a concern as the work is not properly distributed among teammates and too much people dependancy.
Likes: Principle based management. Mr Koch's long term vision.
Company balance sheet. Global presence Dislikes: The KGS India leaders lack authoritative power, often acting as order-takers instead of strategic decision-makers. Despite following Principle-Based Management (PBM), the culture encourages conformity over innovation.
