It’s a Pune based company. The Pune culture is good as they have numerous site to work on. And people are well mannered and friendly.

Dislikes

People in Mumbai are not at all friendly and are very partial and cunning in nature. Maybe it’s because of the authenticity of people in Pune (Simple, Caring, Talented, Hard working Marathi crowd) that it feels amazing to work in Pune. The management doesn’t really know what exactly is going on at their Mumbai sites. Giving customerexperience should not be the only priority of the company they should really look what kind of awful environment their employees work in. The HR head and the team are all in pockets of the senior management and people don’t really care because the senior management is getting exactly by harassing the lower level employees, even though they can get what they want by treating others nicely but they won’t as they want to show how we’re bounded by the narrow mentality and we can’t go anywhere else if we leave the company. They just show that the world is in their pocket. Just because of this environment many employees have shifted to other Developers. The director should see what really is happening and how their name is getting spoiled because of such people in the company....Read More
