Full of politics, no work life balance, no job satisfaction, they want work only from employees and when it comes to giving benefits, they dont focus on that , they didnt do appraisal on time and even incentive structure is worst, management is very harsh, they go into micro management, they dont bother to address any issues, they ask there employees to give one day resign also without addressing the reason behind it , worst company to go with in real estate...Read More

There are no flexibility in terms of office time when we are in 2024, if you miss the timing by 1 minute then they cut the salary of half day. Old poor culture like a government office. And the main thing which I want to highlight is they don’t have Hr team they have cost cutting team like they are really interested in employees little amount, no ethical values in them I don’t know management is aware of this or not but the behaviour of Hr team is shameful.
