Company giving so much time to know the product and process to build your skills. And one thing i was added kotak escalation team was there level 1 level 2 level 3 for alteat cm issues resolved till there.

Kotak upper management is worst. They are so much giving pressure . if it's not their work also. Making new new rules each and every day.

Company culture is very third class no one listening of u if ur performance is low .no guidance at all very bad bank for employees and for customer also unnecessary charges applied very difficult to handle those customer . meeting are very long min 2 hr in morning and 2 hr in evening senior using very bad and low level language
