Only positive part was a decent salary as a fresher.

Dislikes

First- pathetic work culture. Managers will abuse you to such an extent that you will end up resigning if you have dignity and self respect. Second - other than selling life insurance and general insurance you won't be getting any other work. As a fresher there is no learning even managers work was only to meet customers and sell life insurance. Third- no growth untill you achive unrealistic targets in a year then also you have to meet so many conditions to get promoted which is never gonna happen so you end up in the same position for atleast 2 or 3 years with mere 3-4% hike. Fourth - worst bank in terms of customer centric policies and approaches . Every customer only complains due to its pathetic products and customer service. Fifth- no work life balance . Manager will call you at night or make you sit on the office for not achieving stupid targets. Advice- As a fresher don't go to private banks especially kotak as they will only put you in sales and expect you to do the same amount of work which their 10+ yrs of experienced RMs doing....Read More
