No work life balence It's like someone forcefully dip your face inside water .no time to breath because of work You are expected to work even midnight . For December month shutdown 4 days they compensate by working on 4 Saturday's I would never prefer this company to anyone

Work life balance doesn't exists. Manager and leads are toxic sometimes. Also appraisal and promotions doesn't exists there are barely 2-4% appraisal

The management is very bad. The micromanagement is too high. They ask to fill how much time you spend on each task every hour. Promotions are very rare. Lot of politics to play, especially if u are from other states.

company gives job security, growth and learning is very good. flexibility is there.

salary increment is nill. after interacting with client, performing outstanding they gave 8 percent increment and maximum they gave 10 percent. like seriously. plus promotion they dont give. politics is too much.
