Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Process could be little less complex. Would love if appreciation mails coming from Clients become a deciding factor in promotion and appraisals activities.

Not sure about other teams, but in advisory team there are a bunch of assholes like Sampada, Rajesh Kannan & a big asshole Prashant (Director) who never know what their employees are doing under them and blindly rate them without even evaluating their efforts of the entire year and filling up their pockets by grabbing the bonus and hike of employees working under them. Shame on you people. Mid fingure salute to all of you.

Compensation factor should be improved as per experience. They offer very less for freshers as per market standards which takes a lot of time for one to reach a nice amount even if stay there for years.

It might be possible that you remain unassigned that is no project might be allotted for you long ..and company might throw you out on that grounds since you have not done any work but I fail to understand that it is not even in our hands to get a project then why such a treatment to us.
No vision of management to take the practice forward, all Indian clients with project executed with no planning hence resulting into too much and unplanned travel. No personal life remains if you join this organization
