Dislikes

The workload is heavy, the hours are long and the salary is low. They do not care about employees, only about their work and targets. They even ask employees to postpone and reduce their lunch breaks.

There is no work life balance and also there is no justice to employees. They will hire and ask to leave the company for silly reasons.
