There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 3.5years before which you cannot resign. On the job skill, development training is not given to us.

My previous Product salary Advance was absolutely supportive and I enjoyed working with my team

My current working product Digital business loan. Our VP Ujwala S Yalgudri is unknown about the knowledge transfer and people management. It is utterly shit to work in this product under Ujwala. Leave issue, Favouritism, Lack of Communication, Discrimination about the Language and Location we work on, Tone used to speak with Employees, no knowledge about company policy, pressurized work environment even when there is less application, No freedom to share thoughts, Politics as usual. A VP who is having 20yrs of experience should know about the people management. I suggest No one to work in this product under this VP...Read More
