The company is open to innovate and rereading readily adopts latest technology .Training job security growth, no satisfaction of selray , environment is very good ,work life balance good

Compensation is decent ,but growt is no ,work pressure is midium and high I have to work 8-10hours working in company.also there is no on job fresher and training hence folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

KML has poor benefits for employees. They give very low hike & increment as per the Talent of an individual. You cannot go outside for any visit.

This company job are like govt. job . I have never heared that KML group fire any single emoloyee.

Here, the good thing is the top class management, known for its best quality TQM practices, the training given to the employers is all very skillful.

However nothing is bad but the entry level in not easily adaptable for a new comer. As Krishna Maruti Limited is one of the best companies amongst all seating system manufacturers for MSIL. So for a beginner, its is really challanging.

Compensation is decent , but growths is high. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 8-9 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
