The only thing which i personally found excellent for me as a fresher was to get practical knowledge of technical things regarding various aspect combined with administrative and team management in hectic conditions.

Dislikes

Since i was on payroll of Raigad Bajaj , i was not given offer letter till my last day in the company , the payment was in cash and hence no formal record of my working duration. This led to my resignation because in future i will have no record of my work experience being formally recognized by KTM India.

Work

I was working as a Dealer Service Engineer (DSE) for Raigad Bajaj. Basic job was to examine and analyse failed components under warranty and send reports to KTM India,Dealership management and Service Quality Improvement at dealership level.
