No HR policy. HR head just a chamcha of Chota director. You didn't get healthy work culture here. No proper KRA and KPI measures here. Always buttering your boss for your increment. All the hod and consultant always think to their benifit and give wrong information or suggestions to MD. That creates a huge confusion.If you want to spoil your career then join.....
