Policies of the company vary from one country to another , and from one Delivery center to another. which shows discrimination

Wlb, promotions, salary all are dependent on the project and client you handling
No udemy learning Layoffs happening silently Benches are increasing rapidly and no roles available. Have to leave firm after 90 days in bench.

Being a new company after IBM spin off, the management is more focused on their Consulting division. Managed services division is loosing business to its competitors. Hence more people are on bench. People on bench are given just one months time to find an open position. Post one month, they will be serving 2 months notice period.

Kyndryl has amazing work culture, leadership makes efforts to improve communication and provide comfort for the employees. It is convenient to contact people at the top level for any and everything. Glad that IBM’s policies were still intact. Good work is appreciated.
IJP process is really slow at Kyndryl although there is transparency about who and where to contact for all the concerns there is still a gap between leadership and immediate reporting managers or things are kept tight.
Office infrastructure, hybrid work setting, leave policy, up-skilling and learning programmes.
It is a Manager-driven Company. Not recommended if your Band is 5 or lower. You will be under-paid & over-worked. Yearly hikes are only name-sake as they do no make much difference to your existing pay.

It's employees friendly and women's support company.when your going to maternity leave few months after if your project will end they will not put you in bench and after coming maternity leave also atleast they will assign some work and provide time to search new role in same company
