decent salary, sort of a government company structure with job security, if you like that sort of thing. Provide good perks of housing, transport.

Dislikes

Terrible treatment of women, quality of people you work with is more often than usual- awful. Dominated by politics and seniority, it is a truly low level company to work at. If you are ambitious and have integrity (and a woman), do not work here. You are forced to work in remote areas which is not bad development wise but they really do not care about employee safety especially women. HR is a joke. No great innovation going on. Boring and hectic, terrible combo. Worst possible team mates and manager. Location is usually a minus.
