Like : Salary on time Dislike : - Workplace Politics - Bad Mentally of senior managers - Use of inappropriate language - Transfers with even informing you before generation of order. - No fixed working hours - Sunday half day at most of the sites - Won't let you take leaves unless you beg for it. - No clarification regarding compensation - HR is only for welcoming you to the organization. - Bad behaviour towards female staff - You can find people with Diploma, UG, PG and PHD doing same work. - Largely depends on excel - HQ guys are GOD - Boss is the king - Don't ask questions just obey...Read More
