No work life balance, Old school management style Loan origination systems and IT infrastructure very old dated particular Housing finance. No clarity on vision to lower teams . Lakshya 2026 is mere only for upper management and name sake. National Management don't have empathy to employees and manking the life hell of regional and area managers life .

The best part of L&T is the average age of employees. Because of young team, the mindset matches and it leads to a competitive environment. Career growth is also a plus point. Company follows performance driven culture and performers used to get rewarded every time. Work life balance is another factor which keeps you intact with the organization.

There's no disliking as things are in favor and the company environment is stable.
