Worst HR policies. Employee is hired and after 3 months they come up with Background Verification issues. In mechanical field there are lot of small companies and some doesn't have professional behaviour to provide the exit documents same happened with me. Company was shutdown and they never gave me documents abd during verificationthey said experience letter is forged. I gave all proofs to prove my association with ex employer but L&T wants Noc / service letter from the company that is striked off and has been in co-operative. The said ex employer was on of the contractor of L&T and has been blacklisted due to non cooperation. Why should an employee be the target because of the ex employer non-cooperation? Why should an employee be terminated just because one employer is not ready to provide the documents and others employer verification is completely clear....Read More
