Proper hike. Job security is not there. They will terminate immediately. Company culture is not good. Bench policy is very bad, after 60 days they start LOP n after LOP with in 30days they will terminate you.

Good work environment, good for career start. And good learning opportunities + job security.

Dislikes

Delay appraisal, No proper increment system to scale with respect to ratings. Even after getting 4 out of 5 rating 2-4% increment on low level cader like DET & ETS. No arrears after delay increment. Senior management are not on their commitment for growth of employees.
