1. No job security and unethical hiring 2. I joined L&T 2 month back but I came to know they hired me without project. After 2 months I had call with HR (Sneha Hemdev) and she told you will be in virtual bench from 3rd months onwards and won't get salary. How some company can hire professional without project and tell you won't getsalary from 3rd month. During recruitment they didn't tell these policy. Now it is affecting my profile as I am forced to leave the company. Please don't join L&T as they don't have any project and there is hiring scam going on in L&T. 3. US opportunities, they will pay you the salary of a nurse .

Dislikes

Poor management . Very toxic culture , your managers are favourable only to Gujuratis. Managers are not technical sound , know only politics to get promotion. Very bad culture . When you come out from international site , they don’t even give you time to wrap it up your household stuff once project is closed. Can’t improve much skill in this service industry.
