-If working at site all the living expenses are taken care by the company and you get allowance which you might not find worth it in a long term.
-Reputed company will help you switch to get a better job
Dislikes: - Its really fun to work in the start at site but as you come to know more about the work, culture, politics, hours and abuse you will definitely start to second guess.
- Almost 90% of the GET will leave this job before the end of their first year. The ones who are staying might have financial problems or have their home near-by.

Likes: We can nominate ourselves for Training to improve our skills. Dislikes: The appraisal system is pathetic. Only boss's favourites gets highest rating on continuous basis year on year. The salary difference is very high between an outstanding & top performer.
Also the travel & daily allowances are age old released 15 years back which is not revised since then and not as per current inflation index.
