Employed initially as Sr Mgr - Production but given a job of improving the overall Quality of Motors in Submersible Pump set.. % rejection in Motors were high.
Mfg Process improvement was done to reduced % rejn in Motors.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow the work pressure is very high sometimes, I have to work 8-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late the night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no -job training for freshers, hence senior folks likes me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Company is completely disoriented and ridiculous in making right and good decisions. Often bound with idiotic, irresponsible, self destructive and baseless decisions and executions entertained and made by this great company which is run by incompetent officials.
