Decision of mine for the implementation of new technology in the IT System Administration is disrespected by a manager who tell you, "You could have a great career in this Company!" and speaking is very cheap. Stay in control of your forward motion and if it slows down to an unacceptable degree, move on in life. My Managers mentality to suppress his teammates who are working under him and there is no sign of growth in the future.
Hard work is not respected, No way your skills can be utilized at certain extent. Apart from my reporting manager, other employees are good.
The process is too slow and wrost about the working concept. They themselves are confused about the process and placement. It was shocking to me as I was a sales consultant Trainner, the process is of 4 months - 3 months training and 1 month OJT it was good till assessment but when the times comes for placement the things goes wrost, after analysing I came to know that they doesn't have any deal for the sales consultant process to give them a placement, I really was shocked that during the counselling they used to say to the candidates that job will be given what they have learned but it was failure for them to assign the placement for the candidates those who are got passed. Even now also the candidates are given the placement for the general life insurance where as the candidates has done the training in auto mobile sales for 4 months. If they are not having deal with any auto mobile company than I think they doesnt have any rights to play with others faith.
Yes,here i like to work here as skill developer here have designation of civil train,and also not as job but also having a platform to do as a social work.I doing this role not easy at the start but after done well some critical situations in rural areas, i got more valuable values by the near peoples and my managers.
I always belive in team work which always helps me and support me whether they are juniors also.
The basic thing is here its not the production company or any construction company,its an organization who trying to develop the skill transformation in various regions inside india.so there is no option you to set in one place.Time to time trainer will need changing his location as per requirement.
Here i am a civil trainer. I trained more than 5000 workers,labours who relates with the construction site as they relates minor and major projects.I gave training at chhattisgarh,odisha,kolkatta,hyderabaad,vijayawada,mumbai.

It has a pan India presence with offices in all major cities. There is a lot of cohesion between employees irrespective of domain and geography. Overall an excellent place to work.
There is nothing as such to dislike with this company. The only thing I wish is we had a better office in a better location.

everything like working culture worst, job setisfaction worst, increment wrost, expense settlement very wrost even after resigned 6 APRIL 18 i got my reliving letter after 4 months and full & final still pending and expected in aug 18.
generall speaking my work was taking classes of retail student classes. two batches per day class timing 4 hours\ batch. after complition contract with client i have to give resign.
AS A CIVIL TRAINER ,YOU HAVE TO TAKE RESPONSIBLE OF A GROUP OF TRAINEE AND MAKE THEM A SUCCESSFUL CONSTRUCTION WORKERS OR SUPERVISORS WHICH GIVES A TASTE OF LEADERSHIP QUALITY WHICH IS VERY MUCH SATISFACTORY AS A CIVIL ENGINEER

The company is very good.i love the fact that i am a part of a team.but on site travel is completely dependent on your project and client's location.and my colleagues very good we work happily in collaboration.
The center teams promotions is very slow and center team employees service is depend on center approvel and client's feedback.and very bad behavior of east region manager and reginal manager.
