Worked in Machine Tool Division NPD Turning centre One of the Well Established company. but they dont follow any standardized procedures for anything. Not focusing to Employees skill development. Not ready to adopting modern work culture, No diversity, No inclusion. They will never ever care about employees work life balance and personal life. Very worst work culture I ever seen. For example, Whether you have work or not you should stretch yourself beyond the work time. If you complete your work with in shift time, if you leave then manager threatening you. If you work beyond the shift time, even if you don't complete the work then manager will appreciate your hard work 👏👏 So they don't give any estimation time and target date for work. The only intention they always wants to exploiting the employees to grasp atleast 60 Hrs for work only in a week....Read More
