Salary package is very low for campus recruitment and if you're a new joinee you've to shadow rest of the people for a year as main responsibilities will still be assigned to old people only.learning opportunities are very low

The availability to work from remote locations if the client agrees and coverage of almost all the major cities and states through its above 30 locations so that employee can opt Base Locations from the location nearest to their hometown.

1. Assigning a person to a random project which might not involve any of his/ her skillset. 2. Keeping freshers on bench for some cosiderable period of time before assigning to project. 3. Ambigous growth trajectory for peraonal and professional growth. 4. Exit policies are terrible and there is no provision for buy-out in case you want an early release.

Switching projects is a lot harder once the current project is completed. I was made to wait 3 months for a project opportunity (I was constantly applying for one) after which I quit for newer pastures

If we are in bench without project, they need to help us find new project to work. But they are not doing that we need to look for project on our own. If we are not able to find new project within 3 months the management is asking us to resign. And if we perform good also the hike will be very less.

Good thing is you can manage work-life balance. And it is following all CMMI 5 norms. Also you might get onsite opportunity if there are requirement in project.

There are few dislike. 1. Location is not permenant sometime. it is based on which project you are working on. For i.e. if you are working on Project A at Mumbai location and after while if project is over then there will be no surity if you will get project on same location. 2. If you are in project and billable resource then everyone is looking for you and if you are not then no one will ask you. And you will not get the separate PC to work while you're on bench. You need spend time by going here and there and sometime you might have to think why I'm going to office. 3. People are sometime not sharing enough information or they do not want to share knowledge while you are working on project. Because they are thinking like if other people will get the knowledge then their position will be in trouble. 4. It is hard to reach HR when you are in trouble or want to discuss anything.
