I had deeply disappointing experience with HR department due to bgv issue despite providing all necceary document on time i was informed to hr there was an no issue with my bgv instead off working with me to resolve the issue hr asked to me reign without offering any proper expiation or support the lack of transparency and HR through this process was extremely unprofessional ,my carrier sign affected by but hr was unresponsive and unwillingly to help .i hope they take steps to improve how they handed bgv issue and support employee going forward...Read More

Practice head Mr. Rajesh talekar is hopeless person. He doesn't care for his employees , he wants client to be happy but he doesn't know what his abaper/employees are doing for LTI. Never appreciate the employees for good work. Rajesh is Very rude , selfish person .when he will retire then change may come. Waiting for his retirement.

The availability to work from remote locations if the client agrees and coverage of almost all the major cities and states through its above 30 locations so that employee can opt Base Locations from the location nearest to their hometown.

1. Assigning a person to a random project which might not involve any of his/ her skillset. 2. Keeping freshers on bench for some cosiderable period of time before assigning to project. 3. Ambigous growth trajectory for peraonal and professional growth. 4. Exit policies are terrible and there is no provision for buy-out in case you want an early release.

Switching projects is a lot harder once the current project is completed. I was made to wait 3 months for a project opportunity (I was constantly applying for one) after which I quit for newer pastures

If we are in bench without project, they need to help us find new project to work. But they are not doing that we need to look for project on our own. If we are not able to find new project within 3 months the management is asking us to resign. And if we perform good also the hike will be very less.

Nothing no hike no leaves if public holidays are there then also they will force u to do Ot which you don't want but u have to do
