Likes: By default there was some increment which was not the case at IBM. IBM proudly carry on for years for 0 increment. But at the end IBM was safe and job was secure at least. WFH was there. People were not kicked out being on bench for long. It was wmg team responsibility to allocate project. Dislikes: Kicked out of organisation when u r not able to take a project. They tend to change work location.
Favouritism is there, it is tough to be part of internal team. Only internal team are safe with promotion, salary increment, project allocation, WFH flexibility.
