Horrible experience. Incompetent leaders. Toxic culture. Running a body shop in the name of Analytics service provider.

Dislikes

Incompetent leaders. Executive leadership is too concerned with being the centre of attention rather than working on teams’ development and enabling success. No vision for teams. Internal politics and blame games. Mass firing without any logic. Incompetent people that know the company culture, politics and who to suck up to retained.

1. No Promotion 2. Office politics to get promotions 3. No good projects and there are lots of manual work which can be automated 4. Not exactly a analytical company as the whole project revolves around using excel and powerpoint 5. Below Average compensation 6. No opportunity to grow unless you keep marketing yourself. There is no appreciation of the work you do by default.
