Higher management, You will be hired as a Store manager but you will be responsible just specifically for sales. Same lame questions will be asked " why no sales". Just focusing on hard sales and maintaining their bullsh*t KPI of ET, Conversion, Eyewear. You will learn no new skill except just selling glasses. Daily meetings on calland weekly call by your AOM, same lame feedback of no growth. The product they sell are just scam and sub standard and getting hefty margins. No Housekeeper or a single housekeeper to maintain your entire store. You will be given designation of SM but you will be leading a team of Sales and opto. Shortage of Opto in their whole organisation. If you can give daily excuse why you cant achieve their target daily, you can surely join. All AOM in north have a negative feedback about their work culture....Read More

Nothing to like, all employees are robotic. Everyone is running like a horse to chase one thing, GRN. NO LIFE BALANCE, U FEEL MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY TIRED in Lenskart warehouse. Those who reading this , please don't join in warehouse plant, I personally saying please All your discision.

nothing for like in lenskart office in interview they were told you shift is only 8 hr's and only 5.5 days working. after your joining or turning they will give you 9 to 10 hr shift thay will never give you week off joining letter is only peace of paper.
