Nothing is good. You will see resignation on Daily basis

I have seen people working 48hrs continuously in this company. They force employee to work or they will terminate the contract. Managers are the worst who take unexpected deadline from customers and then put immense pressure on employee. I remember for a project of 2 months they told us to complete that work in 3 days only. Unexpected!! Don't join this company or join for 6 months enhance your skills and resign and clear your timings at the time of interview and take your stand at the time of interview that you will not stay late after 7 pm. The problem is you will think that the project deadline is close so they are pressurizing you but it is thier habit to take unexpected deadline in every project..you will see such pressure in every project. it is common in companies that you will feel pressure in one or two projects but in this company you will pressure in every project which is clear sign of mismanagement of managers. Sometime they will call you on sunday and sometime they will tell you to stay at office in night basically straight 48-72 hrs and no better food in this situation...Read More

If you want to do 9-7/8pm job then join this company..Worst culture, there are some guys who even worked continuously from 9 am to next day 6:30 pm( approx 60-70hrs continuously) yes you would not believe it but it true..Sometime you have to work on sunday also.
