Koreans are so political person, adopt very simple strategy Divide & Rule on Indian Employee, so give power to HR and later take the revenge from HR also
Most Unethical company
Hiring terminated employees (terminated because of corruption & unethical practices) again at much higher salaries because no good employee want to join company
all benefits like Salary, benefits, bonus only for Korean Management
For Indian employees no salary hike, no bonus, no benefit, even drinking water in company office is questionable & countable, its does not matter either you new employee or old, new employee only one benefit that he or she can get good salary in starting
hiring new employees because of one motive that Korean want to enjoy in India on company money and after hiring they will terminate without any solid reason,
Koreans also do lot of unethical practice like enjoy, eat or even higher call girls on distributor or company money

Some Korean managers are so much manipulative that no business growth but still they sustain here, because they terminate Indian employees for poor performance, while fact is something else

World worst & shit company to join
if any one want to join or already working in company employee, then they will/ are ruining their career and wasting most precious time of your life with world's most selfish, unethical, illiterate , stupid, mad and bullshit persons and company.

Request to new joiners and existing employee, think deeply , more than 25 people already left this company in last 2 Years,
No value of Hard Work, Honesty, Passion, No Transparency in system specially related to Performance
This company has still some employee who are hard working with honesty & passion, but i am sure they will also leave soon for their betterment

Recommendation : Think at least 100 times before joining and speak with earlier employees then take decision, this company is Sweet Poison

Company politics. Two Indian employees, Marketing Head - Amit and HR Head - Manish are like two puppets of Korean MD - Mr. Shin. They feed wrong information to Management about business and other employees, and proves to management that other employees are incompetent, hence they reduce increment percentage and incentive amount of other deserving candidates and increase their own increment and incentives. the Management is only dependent on these two people for their decisions. That is why they are not able to grown in any field. These two are Always doing boss pleasing to MD. Good and hardworking people are leaving this organisation. Also MD terminates people serving the notice period !!! just to boost his ego.
HR Head hires just anyone without proper experience and work attitude. MD and Country head Mr. D G Lee abuses and shouts on indian people for things as small as not making the excel sheet in their required color and format.
Marketing head is just making excel sheets and bad mouthing sales persons who are more experienced than him in front of MD, and MD also believes him just because he says yes to everything that MD wants.
HR head hoards all the snacks, cold drinks and other consumables into his cabinet which are meant for other employees. He just gives them to his favorite female employees.
HR head is a means for MD to shout and bully other indian employees.
There is a lot of communication gap between indian employees and Korean management. Because Korean management (MD + Country head) are not able to understand English properly. So whenever an Indian employee talks to them, they are not able to comprehend their meaning and they just start shouting on them.
In the office there is not even a single indian employee which is happy about the working in this company.

Work environment is pathetic. I am a sales mgr, I have been asked to get the ticket booked for my Korean head for his national and international travel. There is no KRA defined. All KPI are just a joke. MD always shouts and abuses us Indians. Stay Away !

No Money, incentive, salary hike, bonus for Indian existing employees, no HR policy, no promotion policy
Koreans play political with Indians, follow divide and rule strategy, give some power to HR and play with other Indian employees, after some time take revenge from HR also
All benefits for Korean employees high salary, high benefits without any value additions
Hire old unethical employees again, who get commission from Distributor and Koreans also get bribe from distributor, eat & enjoy on distributors money, no ethics in this company
No value for honest, passionate, hard working employees, although some employees are with this company currently also, who are honest, passionate, hard working but Korean management do not value them, so very soon they will also leave, even hiring unethical persons at high salary and high position jobs without checking their last company back ground
Biz. is going down every day, bankruptcy very soon
do not recommend to join anyone, no future, no growth, no job security, no career path etc.
company who do not take care their existing employees, how can expect growth from new employees,
Koreans just want to hire people at high salary, so that they can show in HQ and save their job that's all
no growth chart at all even for business, for employees either existing or new, does not matter
no extra benefits like other organization for family work life balance

It's a completely one person driven organisation i.e. the MD which is korean. The management does not want to understand the Indian culture and hence the are not able to gain market share even though they are present in the market for almost 25 years. They treat Indian employees like their slaves, and fire people for reasons like taking the leave without telling the MD. There is no fixed policy for HR, reimbursement, hiring, increment, incentives, leaves, everything works on the whims and fancies of the MD. People are leaving this job whenever they find another opportunity. Work life balance is non existent. The korean bosses expect you to come at work at 7.30 am even though the office starts at 8.30. And if you come by 8.30 they taunt you and abuse you for rest of the week. Shouting openly and abusing indian culture openly is a common phenomenon. The MD is like a dictator who will not allow you to have a healthy discussion. Avoid this company for sake of you career.

Give entertainment budget of Rs. 65,000 for your deptt. dinner/ lunch/ drinks for team members. As a marketing head, I can choose to use it for my personal entertainment only. I dont have to distribute it in my team members.

Everything. Management is Korean so they shout and abuse indian employees and culture.
MD Mr. Shin does micro management. They have no work culture or respect for other indian employees. GM - HR Manish Sharma is a person who tell lies while hiring you about the company and its good culture. He only does what MD tells him to do which is abusing and shouting on indian employees. He is just like a bouncer which is hired by MD to shout on sales and marketing people. Stay away from this company. No employee engagement and skill development activity. Indian management is making a fool of the Korea HQ with lying and giving false sales reports and market scenarios.

Korean bosses abuse Indian culture and treat Indians like slaves. Military style working. Forced parties and MD is incompetent for working in Indian culture. HR head hires people by misleading them about the role and just to show top management that I have hired someone.
Marketing head just makes excel sheets and shows to MD that I am working hard.
MD can stop salary of any salesperson just because he has not submitted an excel sheet on time to MD.
