You get to work on multiple projects throughout the year. So the learning curve is arguably better than most of the companies out there.

Dislikes

1. There is absolutely no work life balance 2. No WFH option. The management does not belive in WFH, hence no efforts will be made to facilitate it even during emergencies. Few rare instances where you can get it, but that too with lot of fuss, and for a limited period. Its just not worth it. 3. Company culture overall isn't that great. From your immediate manager till the top management, do not reciprocate to feedbacks positively. So expecting a positive change in work culture would be foolish. 4. Salary/benifits are below the industry average, so for the all the work that they get done from you, compared with the compensation you get is fairly unfair. It is better to join a company where the culture and the balance is good. I would recommend against joining this company at least for now. There are more to be added, but i think above 4 points precisely summarises the mood of almost every employee....Read More

Job security is good. Always follows ethics and employee engagement fun activities are good.

Dislikes

Lack of WFH. Strict 9 hrs timing. Even if one minute shortfall of 9 hrs average, half a day leave will be cut and it will increase based on no of hours shortfall. Indian managers have no zero voice or no voice..just puppets to Korean boss

1. You get to work in multiple projects all round the year. So there's constant learning here. It is getting worse day by day, hence I cannot think of anything else.

1. You have to maintain 9 hours in total. 2. 4 wfh per month, if you take any leave then the wfh also reduce. 3. The work culture is not good 4. Constant work pressure, hence it effects your peace of mind There are lot more to tell here. Refraining myself from adding more negative points.

I started working in LG last may. and this review is just about my team, not a whole company. My team is good, especially because we have a technical manager who understands what challenges I go through. Recently my coding skills got better because of LSET coding tests they conduct, it is not mandatory, but if you clear it you get recognition and respect from higher management . Pay is also good compare to many other companies in my domain. Even though i have been here for just about eight months, they still considered me for appraisal. i was hoping for max 5% hike but to my surprise i got 20%. i was so happy , surprised and I had happy tears. I don't know if this is the normal hike they give or if they have given only this year. and if you have any new ideas, managers are open to listen to it, they will give time for POC, later they will review POC, if response is good, later you can work on it...Read More
