Writing this for the sake of adding something in likes - Learning is good.

Here comes the list of items that should be talked about: 1. First of all if we talk about the tech center in kochi, it is highly mishandled. The person who is sitting on top position there is not the correct person to give incharge of such a big team. 2. The environment is so toxic that people there just want to run away as soon asthey get an offer (even if it is from less known or some low tier company). 3. EM there sorry I have to write this, is a person who is highly incapable of handling people in a product based company. I mean he only wants to get work done no matter if it is possible to do it in the time frame "he decides" and get his image clean infront of the BLR people. He is the kind of person if any of the SDE-1/2 comes in his bad books he is always in a revenge mode with them. Making their life hell. Disrespecting them in front of everyone. 4. EM has a hobby of changing priorities. Today Task1 will be top priority and he will ask to stop all the work and complete Task1 and the next day Task2 will be top priority and command will be to stop everything including Task1 and complete Task2. And it is infinitely nestable. 5. There is no empathy towards the employee and we are just treated as a code writing machine. 6. There is too much politics running here, Although some of the politicians left but still there are some who can ruin your day if you are the target. 7. Then comes the salary, even service companies / Mass recruiters pays significantly higher than what we are getting. All motivation dies when you get peanuts after working round the clock. 8. Then comes the slack channel which most of the time is filled with disrespectful language of Top leadership. The basic respect which an employee deserves is missing in this org. There are other things too but I don't want to go there. Just a small suggestion: Identify the right person to lead kochi branch and take it as a hint there is a better leader among them who has the capability of driving the organisation far better, who is much calm and carries far more wisdom than the current incharge....Read More

The good for nothing and goosip conspiring food cooked by chefs for private NPD lunch for the joker.

Dislikes

The department is now run by a guy who thinks of himself as a phantom but is nothing but a joker who is so insecure and a master at judging others and doesn’t have anything to do with his life. R&D and NPD has gone to dogs or rather chefs as they let go the actual people who worked , but then the joker will keep the chefs around because who else will make him lunches. I was interviewed by VP and Head R&D both were forced to resign and now a food company is full of chefs like that in the restaurant. The remaining people from the layoff are the only ones who can talk and keep the joker entertained, no substance no science. To anyone who is planning to join the R&D team, don’t. You will not learn anything , but be critiqued for your looks and “energy” this team and licious can break someone’s confidence they will torture you so much. To the owners your R&D team is basically a restaurant kitchen staff now with no “deep science” like the joker says....Read More

I like about Licious is work flow the supply of meat from farm to wherehouse and From wherehouse to the hubs and from hubs to coustomers Without any disturbance in supply for a single day... Every single team work very sincerely towards there job

Salary is the issue, increment happens once in a year and last year april 2024 there was no increment atall to computer operators or packers everyone is working hard but increment happens to some of selective people and that's not fair
